PROJECT & PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Agile SaaS
Requirements come from people and how they do their work, interacting with those key people makes requirements gathering successful.

Documentation management is important but not the point of the project. Documenting clear requirements and user stories results in a working product that can be tweaked to be better.
A quicker product can be used to collaborate with the client and make improvements during development and testing. With more opportunities for change, the more value can be added to the final product.

A plan is just a plan. As in life, things come up and being able to adjust to the new circumstances and feedback is paramount.

CREATIVE
For as long as I can remember, I have always wondered about how "things" work. From a bicycle gear, computers and recently digital images. When my company was purchased and the need to re-brand a large number of collateral, I quickly realized that I can easily make those chances and maintain professional-looking marketing collateral for my team. At first, it was overwhelming to see so many tools at my disposal and not know their capabilities. So, as with any project, I tackled bit by bit starting with the basics. As things came up, I used the learning tools on-line and my colleagues' generosity to show me how to perform the task at hand. Learning on the job was the best way for me because I built my knowledge using real-world business scenarios.

DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING
We use analytics every day to make decisions in both our personal and professional lives. Starting my career in an analytics company ingrained in me the value of analytics and seeking out the truth in data. Unfortunately, we don't always measure what would give us the knowledge. Over the course of my career I learned to ask myself, what information I need to be able to make a decision, then seek out to find or start measuring those key indicators to help me make a sound decision.
No matter the role or project, I’m confident in the skill set I bring to the table. Take a look below to learn more about my specific abilities, and feel free to get in touch if you’d like to learn more.
